These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ha777 ("ha777," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ha777 online gaming platform available at ha777.club (the "Platform").

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the ha777 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. ha777 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Notify ha777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.

ha777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account where such unauthorized use results from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

All financial transactions on the ha777 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are processed through approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers via participating Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit cards.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your ha777 account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. ha777 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed;

ha777 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

From time to time, ha777 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates.

General bonus conditions applicable to all ha777 promotions include:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full;

• Underage Gambling: Attempting to access or use the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;

• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that is the proceeds of criminal activity;

• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ha777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

ha777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ha777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ha777 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. ha777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

ha777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority.

Upon termination for cause, ha777 reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting ha777 support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified balance will be returned to you following completion of applicable withdrawal procedures.

ha777 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ha777 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the ha777 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and ha777, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate a dispute by contacting ha777 support with a written description of your complaint. ha777 will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and endeavour to provide a resolution within fourteen (14) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
